It's hard to tell whether an online job or business opportunity is any good. So I've scoured the internet searching for the most relevant comments by people who've worked for Working Solutions.

-It has been a couple of years since I have worked for Working Solutions. Pay was only $8,50 an hour for the project I was on. I don't know if they pay more now or not...Many people love working for this company it just so happened I just got burnt on that type of work after doing it for 4 1/2 years. - Eileen S, Feb-22-2008
+No need to even ask if they are legitimate, of course they are. I have been working with them for over 5 years now. They have mostly phone work projects inbound and outbound and pay exactly on time via direct deposit bi-weekly and treat you like human beings and are all professional and educated people. They also have data entry work, but those projects have an extensive and very long waiting list. They are very hard to get into. I had to wait a whole year when I first applied to become accepted. Good luck. - dataworkermm, Aug-30-2008
+I have worked with them for over a year. They have great customer service clients and also data entry. - Tombi, Jun-14-2008

Is Working Solutions a scam?

Here's a summary of what's good and not so good about Working Solutions.

What's good about Working Solutions

+100,000+ Working Solutions agents: it's reassuring to know that there are over 100,000 Working Solutions independent contractors.
+Free training: it's good to see that Working Solutions provide all training for free.
+Respectable pay: it's good to see that Working Solutions agents have reportedly earned as much as $30 per hour, even though some have earned as little as $7.50 per hour.

Conclusions

Working Solutions has over 100,000 independent contractors, by far the largest workforce of all the virtual call center companies I looked into.

Working Solutions has been featured on major news networks, such as CBS News and ABC 7 News. Working Solutions is legitimate and not a scam.

I particularly like the fact that Working Solutions provide all training for free, unlike some other virtual call centers.

Overall based on what I've seen and read, I think Working Solutions is definitely worth considering if you want to be a virtual call center agent as an independent contractor.
